At Aqlimate, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality apparel and excellent customer service. We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during checkout for an estimate of when your order will arrive. Estimation: 3-7 total business days for delivery 

    Shipping Rates

    Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order. We are offering a flat rate shipping fee of 5$ for our customers at the moment regardless of the order size

    We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship our orders. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages caused during transit

    We offer international shipping for a premium cost  

    Order Cancellation

    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

    2. Re-shipment Fees: In cases where a package is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped to the correct address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment fees.

    3. Address Correction Fees: If we are charged by the carrier for address correction, the customer will be billed for these additional charges.

    4. Delayed Delivery: Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery, and Aqlimate is not responsible for any inconvenience or consequences arising from such delays.
